pose of the week: tree pose
Welcome to the first official week of the #yoga52 movement!! Who is ready to get their weekly pose on?!?! (The answer is a definitive 'yes' for us over here :)
We decided to start the party off with a little...
two things to note here:

Tree pose felt like a great pose to begin this new movement with (especially if you're already building on the four basic "go to" poses we gave you) because it will not only help lead us into more intermediate and advanced moves, it helps with balance; a crucial element when it comes to yoga!
So, take 5, 10, 15 minutes (whatever you have to spare) and get practicing it daily for the week. Enjoy this week's pose!
